Engineered for continuous mass production of high-strength PP packing straps, this standard PP strapping extrusion line adopts fully automatic single-screw extrusion technology. It serves packaging, logistics distribution and industrial strapping sectors, offering consistent quality and tight dimensional control for finished strapping bands.
A high-capacity single-screw extruder with tailor-made screw and barrel guarantees thorough plasticization and homogenization of PP materials. The complete set contains automatic feeding unit, extrusion die, water cooling tank, drying equipment, double-stage preheating & stretching structure, embossing machine and multiple auto winders. The PLC touchscreen system connects and manages the whole line centrally to support stable running and high continuous throughput.
Raw material options include new PP pellets and recycled PP scraps. Custom colored straps are available by mixing color masterbatch. Adjustable specifications: strap width 5~19mm, thickness 0.3~1.3mm, ideal for large-scale packaging needs from diverse industrial fields.
