Mainly used for the cutting of electrical adhesives, electronic films, grid tapes, PE, TPU, PET, kraft paper, and paper tapes, BOPP, tapes, as well as acrylic, double-sided tapes, and masking tape, etc.

1. Heikawa Motion Control System offers 12 different modes for cutting products of various widths. Users can freely select from the starting row to the ending row. It also features three different feed speeds for cutting the products.
2. The spindle is controlled by 5000W servo system. The circular cutter is controlled by 3300W servo system. The advantage is that it will immediately stop running after an alarm, preventing the cutter from breaking.
3. The lateral movement is achieved using an NSK 3210 lead screw and 35 guide rails, with 1500W servo control. This ensures a positional accuracy within 1000mm with a tolerance of ±0.02.
4. The feed mechanism adopts an upper silver 3210 screw and 30 guide rails, with 1500W servo control. This ensures the strength and accuracy of the feed.
5. The swing angle is equipped with an upper silver 1610 screw rod and 400W servo control. The maximum angle is +9.5° and the minimum angle is -9.5°.
6. The cooling process for cutting uses a 60-watt water pump, with precise needle valves regulating the water volume to achieve silent cooling.
7. The knife holder and the lateral movement processing have undergone QBQ treatment. This enhances the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and deformation resistance of the parts.
8. Operation Screen: Main screen is a 15-inch display, with simple and clear operation.
9. Overall lighting: Lighting for opening the electrical box, lighting for opening the machine box, and lighting for the operation when the machine is turned on.
10. The knife box is designed as a stainless steel dry-wet separation type. The cutting silicone oil is absorbed by a sponge in the wet area, and the dry area is wiped dry with wool felt to clean the blade. This reduces the residue of silicone oil on the material.
11. Drainage system: Designed with stainless steel diversion pipes for drainage, so there will be no silicone oil everywhere during operation.
12. Reversal structure: Utilizing a heavy-duty divider with a 1000w servo motor for the flipping process, ensuring zero error in the flipping operation. It can be stopped at any time in an emergency. After the alarm is reset, the system will automatically repair and correct the flipping action based on the actual situation.
13. The 5 axes are simultaneously used for cutting. The idle axes can be used for unloading and loading operations, which saves time and improves work efficiency.
14. With tool rest: Suitable for products with a spindle core of 25mm or less.
